Locks:
We’ve kept it simple and done the shopping for you. Since all our units have two doors, we require that renters use locks purchased from us to ensure consistency and security. We provide the most affordable set of disk locks in the valley — two identical, high-quality disk locks with spare keys, placed right inside your unit. For your privacy and protection, we do not keep master key copies. No extra errands, no worrying about weak padlocks. Just arrive, move in, and lock up with confidence.
 
Insurance:
Proof of insurance is required for all storage rentals. Many homeowners and renters policies already cover belongings stored in self-storage units, and we encourage you to check with your provider. We also offer a policy for your convenience: we cover the cost to set it up and keep the pricing fair. If you already have coverage, you’re welcome to opt out by providing proof of your existing policy.
